Smithsonian Magazine Article–Featuring Me!

I feel a little like Miss Piggy, promoting myself so much, but I’m excited about this and wanted to share it. This month’s Smithsonian magazine features an article titled “Who Was Casanova” by Tony Perrottet. He interviewed Tom Vitelli, a Casanovist who lives in Utah and then recommended that Tony contact me for questions regarding Casanova in Venice. Woohoo! So I got a call from Tony, and he quotes me briefly in the article and very kindly mentions my Casanova book.

Tom is awesome. Tony is awesome. I’m so lucky to have these people help me–plus they have so much to offer, too! If you want a hilarious read, check out Tony Perrottet’s books, such as The Sinner’s Grand Tour or Napoleon’s Privates. He’s also been on NPR and has written for numerous other periodicals.
